The cross shaft of the RPT push trolley is suitable for the top hook of the manual chain hoists or the manual lever pullers. The top hook of the hoist or puller can attach directly onto the cross shaft. The shaft is specially shaped to keep the top hook centered in place.

R&M trolleys are designed for both manual and electric operated hoists with a top hook suspension. Both the RPT push trolley and RPTC hand geared trolley are easily adjustable for a wide range of flange widths. Our RPTs are available in capacities ranging from 1/4 – 5 tons (250 – 5000 kg) and the RPTCs are available from 1 – 10 ton (1000 – 10,000 kg) capacities.

Standard Features

    Ingersoll Rand Balance Air (BA) Series

    Ingersoll Rand (BA) Series (Zimmerman) pneumatic balancers have no pendant controls and are used for single-load suspending applications – either at a fixed height or where both hands are used to manually raise, lower, and position (or “float”) a load. The operator experiences virtually no part weight or resistance in manipulating the load. The controller on this air balancer is a self-relieving regulator that automatically adds or exhausts air to raise or lower (float) the load to the desired height where it will remain suspended. The regulator can also be adjusted to slowly raise a load up and out of an operator’s way. The primary application for the “BA” series balancer is for suspending and/or positioning constant weight items.
